DYNAMIC INSIGHT COACHING
A holistic six-week program for individuals or groups
Scott Seldin
This program will help you experience the potential of:
Your mind, to think productively, effectively and creatively
Your body, to be a health-sustaining vehicle for your life
Your spirit, to dynamically motivate and guide you
Dynamic Insight Coaching was created and is presented by Scott Seldin, a certified personal development coach and author of Mentoring Human Potential, excerpted in the following paragraph.
"It has been said, 'The past is prologue.' While this may be true in many areas of life, it does not necessarily hold true for human potential. Most humans are conditioned to believe that their self- perceptions, drawn largely from the past, are inevitable indicators of future potential. All too often this becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy, ending in under achievement or failure."
A central thesis of Dynamic Insight Coaching is that people living mindfully in the present, not the past, are better able to develop the life they want to live. What they think and do, and the heart with which they do it, create the prologue they desire.
Through wide ranging discussions, coaching participants discover how their potential is limited when they rely on ego, fear and competition to motivate them. They also discover how their potential for synergy of mind, body and spirit is best realized.
Participants gain heightened awareness of habits that help, and habits that harm. They acquire insights and strategies that strengthen resiliency and promote protective factors, such as caring relationships, problem solving skills, self advocacy, and self esteem.
Dynamic Insight Coaching is an individualized program. The means for achieving potential are different for each participant, but the goal is always the same – to gently breakdown the self-defined and self-limiting perceptions that prevent us from fulfilling our potential for upliftment, growth and learning. .
