DYNAMIC INSIGHT COACHING

A holistic six-week program for individuals or groups

Dynamic Insight Coaching is a unique program that is garnering rave reviews. The program's positive, long-lasting impact is frequently called "life changing" by participants, who acquire the skills and self awareness needed for success in all aspects of living.

To better understand the approach, structure, and goals of Dynamic Insight Coaching, it is helpful to place the program within the context of what coaching is. To do so, consider this concise definition written by Dr. Sandra Fielden for the NHS Leadership Centre in London: "Coaching is centered on unlocking a person's potential to maximize his or her own performance. A focus on improving performance and the development of skills is the key to an effective coaching relationship.

There are generally two accepted forms of coaching: directive and non-directive. Directive is a form of coaching whereby the coach teaches and provides feedback and advice. In contrast, non-directive coaching requires the coach to listen, ask questions, explore and probe and allows the person coached to find solutions to problems. In practice, this means that some coaches merely assert their expertise, whereas effective coaches enable individuals to go beyond their previous boundaries."

Dynamic Insight Coaching encompasses both coaching forms. Scott teaches, provides feedback and advice, listens attentively, asks questions, and explores answers. His coaching delivers a cutting edge, life-enriching experience for program participants as they develop a dimensional self-portrait that expresses who they are, what they want to have, and what they want to become. Working with Scott, they develop a step-by-step strategy and a timeline for achieving personal, learning, and career goals.

Scott's effectiveness as a coach is reflected in praise from dozens of former and current clients, most recently from Gordana Vantacic, Supervisor, HR/Learning & Development for EmblemHealth, New York City.

"Thank you, Scott, for providing the insights to improve my life, which have directly cascaded to my work performance. I continue to be impressed with your ability to provide perspectives that I alone would not have been able to see. Your inspiration, gentle guidance, and encouragement, are invaluable to me as I move through my career. You have an awesome ability to ask great questions that have taken me farther than I expected to go, and you challenge my thinking. Realizing that other perspectives exist is empowering. I am confident that our work together will continue to have a positive impact on me and my organization."

At least three days before each of the six Dynamic Insight Coaching sessions, those being coached receive an email from Scott with four questions or topics. They are asked to write brief responses, email a copy to Scott and print a copy for themselves, which they bring to their coaching sessions. They are provided with mind, body, spirit checklists and seven-day plans, which they are asked to complete, email to Scott, and print copies for themselves. All of these materials are collected and used to create individualized, daily practices and actions for mind, body, and spirit, (as defined by the individual).

The fee for six private one-hour sessions is $385, paid by personal check or PayPal, before we begin. Groups formed by Scott, or by interested individuals, institutions or organizations, are limited to six per group. For groups of two or three, the coaching fee is $300 each; four to six people, $215.

Program coaching sessions are held at mutually available times, either in the participant's home or office, by phone, or Skype. Before beginning, the Dynamic Insight Coaching participant and Scott sign an agreement regarding the six coaching sessions. Upon completing the program, if a participant wants to continue with Scott as their coach, he or she can arrange to do so.
